About Elayna

I started my career in Early Childhood Education working at a preschool when I was 19 and have absolutely loved it! Since then, I moved on from directly working in a classroom and immediately started as a nanny. I have now been a nanny for three years and have worked for multiple families as my positions have been short-term, just preparing the children for school to start. Prior to my professional career, I had been babysitting for family and friends for almost 10 years. I've worked with newborns up to 6-year-olds, and pretty much every age in between- specializing in the toddler to early childhood range. Additionally, I am both CPR and First-Aid certified. In my free time, I love taking care of my houseplants, exploring nature trails, and just spending time in outside. I've lived in Gainesville my whole life so I have gotten to know the parks quite well and I absolutely love this area!
