About Elana

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary and middle school learners, I create an engaging and patient environment tailored to your specific needs. I assess your unique learning style by actively observing how you interact with new material, allowing me to adapt my methods effectively. When concepts feel difficult, I break them down into manageable steps to build your confidence and momentum. I believe open communication with you and your family is essential to fostering a collaborative, trusting relationship. Nothing is more rewarding to me than helping you achieve your academic goals, whether that means improving your grades or mastering a challenging topic. I am comfortable working with pets and am happy to meet at your home, the library, or a local coffee shop. I look forward to helping you succeed.
