I like to incorporate learning with playful ways to teach kids new things, such as numbers, colors, alphabet, spelling, reading etc.. I enjoy reading with or to them. I have potty trained children and worked with those having difficulty with great results. I believe in being consistent for the child's benefit. I had 1 boy with ADHD and 1 boy with ADD. I have studied & researched it for several years in order to help them stay on track & focused. Working as a house manager /nanny has been rewarding. Elaine was our nanny for 5 years. She is extremely reliable and punctual, as well as very flexible and accommodating of our hectic schedule. She was an indispensable part of our daughter's early development and taught her baby sign language, the alphabet, numbers, as well as helped potty train her. She was very attentive and we always knew our kids were safe with her. She is highly capable of caring for multiple children at the same time. She was an integral part of our family and helped us manage two professional and busy schedules.
