Elaine has worked with us since my daughter was 3 months old. I can't imagine a better nanny. She is so warm, loving, incredibly responsible and attentive. I could not recommend her more highly to anyone who is lucky enough to have her join your family. I wish she could stay with ours, but we're unfortunately moving out of state :( I am one of those moms who doesn't trust many people to watch their child, but I have had zero concern with Elaine. Even while out and about I've had friends call to tell me they saw Elaine with my daughter and how amazing she is with her. The development I've witnessed in my daughter thanks to Elaine has been incredible. They've created such a close bond that she really has become a part of our family. Any family would truly be lucky to have her.
