Elaine has watched our now 17 month old a few times now. She has a wonderful, calm, and gentle demeanor. She immediately gets down to our daughter's level to talk to her and ask questions. She was the first non family member to watch our daughter and immediately put us at ease. I would happy recommend her to anyone.
