I cannot recommend Gamma enough for your childcare needs. Gamma was our fulltime nanny for a full year. She cared for three children (two toddlers and an infant), with skill and calm. The children loved Gamma and she was lovely as an employee, too. I work from home, so I was able to observe her working style up close over the year she was with us. As such, I feel particuarly qualified to vouch for her patience, energy, work ethic, and good attitude. Gamma proactively researched and executed projects and experiments that would support early childhood education. She took them outside into nature every day it was possible and actively engaged in play with them. She maintained a schedule for the boys, including preparing lunches and snacks and supporting light housework such as folding laundry and tidying the children's spaces. Gamma is a great babysitter, but furthermore, Gamma is smart with strong common sense. She can be trusted to problem solve and flex, which is so important for managing the activities and moods of little ones!
