About Elaina

I had first started caring for children since the young age of 19. At that time, I had already had a 1-year-old daughter of my own. My first job was at a Kinder Care Learning Center where I had the pleasure of working with toddlers between the ages of 2 yrs and 3 yrs old. Several years following, I returned to work outside the home, until the birth of my second daughter in April 1990. I wanted to be a stay at home mom..... so I started sitting for children in my home. I did this for 4 yrs., and then decided to work outside the home. It wasn't until 5 yrs ago, that I found myself longing to care for children again. Since then, I have had the pleasure of caring for several children with developmental delays, such as autism, speech delay, Asperger's, and gross motor skill challenges. I know at this point in my life, I have truly found my calling. For me personally, there is nothing more gratifying than teaching and caring for children.

Elaina has been a trusted pet companion for my three dogs, my cat and often times my elderly mother. Everyone in my family is so eager to see her. The care for my pets is very thorough and she is so kind to them. If you know anything about dachshunds, they have tricky personalities. I highly recommend Elaina for everything you need
