About Ela

I've been teaching and playing with kids for 8 fun-filled years! From engaging 2-3-year-olds in a kindergarten setting to guiding teens up to 15, I've loved every bit of it. My journey began in university and has taken me through classrooms and one-on-one tutoring sessions, including a year teaching IELTS speaking to Chinese students. Currently, I'm excited about my Montessori Teacher certification, adding to my Bachelor's in Education and TESOL insights from USFCA. My approach? Creative, warm, and attentive. I thrive on seeing kids grow, share their smiles and stories. Outside work, I enjoy coffee with friends, occasional gym sessions, and tranquil walks on Ocean Beach. My blend of fun, attention to detail, and gentle care makes every day with the kids a rewarding adventure. I'm all about creating joyful learning experiences and cherished memories!
