We appreciated the attention provided. The primary concern involved punctuality; I had to shift the timing 15 minutes before I required her, since she arrived late on every occasion yet departed on time. we did have to cancel care twice 4 to 5 days prior, in both instances payment was requested for last min cancellations, which we gladly paid for. The second time it occurred, after she was paid, she gave us a 4-day resignation notice prior to her next working day and to pursue other ventures.
