KATIA, is a sensitive warm hearted caring person in presence and caretaking details; friendly, attentive and accepting with a big smile iniside/out; you will be pleasantly pleased and feel well attended. We had a positive experience on an outing via paratransit service to our dental appointment and Katia provided excellent support from skilled facility transfer to transport to the dental appointment; Katia is an excellent communicator and proficient in using cellphone; texting and providing instant feedback with texting and pictures as needed.
