I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with 8 years of professional childcare experience, including 3 years providing behavioral therapy. I began caring for children at 16 as a Care. com mother's helper for an 11-month-old, and as the oldest sibling, caregiving has always been part of my life. I love helping children learn, grow, and enjoy their childhood in a safe, nurturing environment. I value families who prioritize trust, communication, and teamwork. In my free time, I enjoy studying, hiking, journaling, painting, pottery, charcuterie and tea cake classes, and brunch with friends. My top strengths are behavior management, child development, and dependable care.
