About Eileen

I have over five years of experience working with children, and caring for and supporting their growth is something I truly enjoy. I currently work for the NYC Department of Education as a paraprofessional. Through my experience with the DOE, I have worked with children of different ages, personalities, learning styles, and abilities. I am patient, caring, dependable, and attentive, and I always make sure children feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I enjoy keeping children engaged through reading, educational activities, arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, and other age-appropriate activities. I have a college degree along with coursework related to child development and education. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your child. I value open communication with families and always try to provide the same patience, kindness, and attention I would want for someone in my own family.
