About Eileen

Hi, I'm Eileen! I bring nearly 10 years of professional experience supporting children, adolescents, and individuals with autism and developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs. I am also the mother of a 12-year-old. Most recently, I worked as an in-home ABA therapist, where I carried a caseload of three preschool boys with Level 3 autism. I taught communication and social functionality with the goal of school readiness. I worked within the Barnstable school district as an ABA tutor in a substantially separate classroom setting, and honed my ability to pivot quickly as needs arose while there. I value the skill of adaptability immensely as a caregiver and a parent. I have also worked as a behavior coach trained to conduct Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD and anxiety disorders. I am compassionate, positive, and affirming.
