Edward interviewed with us for a respite position for my son’s live-in caregiver. He was enthusiastic about the position, & we scheduled a day/time to do activities with my son, whom Edward had met. Edward confirmed the appointment a day in advance, as well as stating he was going to start the application process with CDWA. About 15 min AFTER he was scheduled to arrive, he texts that he is 30-45 min away. We said we need to reschedule, and he has not answered our texts since. My son crushed
