My graduate degree complements my hands-on experience as a Certified Home Health Aide. I provide live-in care, hospice services, and dementia care. I also assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, and respecting their preferred method.
