Not only is Echo extremely reliable- they will send us updates while we are away as well as pictures! Our baby boy loves them so much- he is always so excited when they walk in! They're an extremely tidy and courteous house guest, they always clean up after themselves and we can't even tell they were there (we usually hire then for overnight care.) They follow his schedule and care directions and he is always happy when we get back! Echo is always our first choice for caring for our little dude when we can't!
