We initially met Ebone when our daughter was about six months old. She provided backup support for our full-time nanny and she worked some evenings and weekends as needed. She was flexible, dependable, and excellent with our little one. About a year later, after our daughter started attending daycare, we hired her part time to assist with drop offs/pickups, and afternoon care. She also still works some weekends. What I appreciate about Ebone is the love that she has for our daughter, the little things that she does to go above and beyond just the childcare duties, and the flexibility as our schedules are a bit complicated and she really goes with the flow. She also really focuses on education, often bringing in her own supplies to teach and challenge our daughter. Our family loves Ebone and we look forward to having her in our daughter's life for years to come.
