My goal is to provide structure, safety and an environment that fosters growth without sacrificing fun and a healthy bond with your child/children. I am a college graduate with a degree in communication studies as well as certified in CPR and First Aid. I'm driven by the opportunity to be an asset to families and the development of their children. I am happy to assist with household chores, meal prep, and any other tasks that might help the ship run smoothly. I have a knack for helping with homework and encouraging educational activities. Dyonna worked from fall 2022 until fall 2023 with my 91-year old mom who was living alone. Dyonna has a wonderful, loving and caring way about her. She is wise beyond her years. She managed to cajole my mom (who could be quite stubborn) into doing things, and assisted my mom in everything, including cooking with her. Both my mom and I came to consider Dyonna a member of our family. After my mom broke her hip in late summer 2023, she moved into an assisted living facility. Though no longer working with us, Dyonna stayed in touch and visited with my mom in her new home. When my mom was in the hospital during the spring of 2024, Dyonna came to visit her on her 92nd birthday - which ended up being 5 days before my mom died. I could tell how happy that made my mom. I will be forever grateful for the help Dyonna provided to my mom (and to me). Because of Dyonna, my mom was able to live an additional year in her home - which was very important to her.
