My previous experiences in care roles have solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I strive to understand each person's unique preferences and personal history. I'm known for my compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented approach. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am also CPR certified.
