About Dylann

I am passionate about working with children because it brings me immense joy. My entire career has been dedicated to childcare, inspired by the amazing babysitters I had growing up who made me feel loved and had fun with me. I strive to provide that same nurturing and enjoyable experience for the children I care for. I bring extensive experience in child care, having spent the past three years as an elementary school phonics instructor. Prior to that, I worked as a paraprofessional. Additionally, I was a nanny for a wonderful family in Santa Monica, caring for their little boy for a year until they moved out of state. Babysitting has been a part of my life from an early age, as my mother was a doula, which sparked my passion for this field. One of my key principles is to create a family-like environment where children feel loved and secure, making my time with them feel like family, not work. My goal is to support your family by making your life easier, not harder!
