Hi! My name is Dylan, I'm 23 years old, and I have a strong creative background in both the performing and visual arts, which I love to tie into my childcare in fun and meaningful ways. I have around 9 years of experience caring for children, including professionally teaching kids ages 2 to 8, as well as providing in-home childcare. Over the years, I've helped families with everything from travel and errands to planning creative crafts and assisting with special care. I'm very patient and understanding, and I truly enjoy getting to know each child's personality and needs. My goal is always to create a warm, safe, and fun environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves, while also respecting the rules.
