About Dylan

I put my heart and soul into caring for children and believe it is my vocation to provide them with joy and knowledge about the world around them. For four years, I was a care provider for an autistic child. Together, we navigated movies, stores, restaurants, parks, and classes, learning to be in the moment and to communicate better. My role was to keep him active and engaged in his interests and to work on his socialization. We built a strong friendship, and I felt like I was able to succeed and grow as a provider. Beyond that, I have consistently worked with children. I served as a math tutor and reading comprehension coach, a counselor at a kids sports camp, and a volunteer teaching children bird banding/watching. I also worked with middle schoolers on cello and, for several years, was a chess coach at an elementary school. I would love to put these skills and experiences toward providing your child the safe, nurturing care they need to learn and grow.
