Dylan is very reliable nanny that has worked with both my 11 year old son and 1 year old daughter. We have had her watch our daughter for overnights on multiple occasions and came back home to a happy baby. She is kind with our children and they enjoy spending time with her. Dylan’s calm demeanor is one of her greatest qualities. She also can read our baby’s nonverbal cues and responds appropriately, either getting her to bed or comforting her. She takes initiative and is very professional. We are happy to have her work with our children when we go on our honeymoon and feel comfortable knowing that they are in good hands.
