About Dustie
Experience: 8 yrs
I bring 8 years of experience in childcare aside from the 19 years with 3 children of my own, beginning my work with children while in high school. Throughout my career, I had obtained certifications in CPR, First Aid, and child development. My hands-on experience includes teaching, diapering, potty training, feeding, and facilitating creative activities such as arts and crafts. Working with both children and the elderly has allowed me to cultivate a deep passion for providing compassionate care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
