About Dria

Hello, my name is Dria L. and I have 7 years of childcare experience: Preschool teacher, caregiving/nanny, summer program teacher, Behavioral Technician, and I have worked for SFUSD, directly working within their youth advocacy programs. I describe myself as grounded, open-minded, creative. I like working with kids because I have always been drawn to the profession. I am in the middle of 8 siblings. I have always naturally felt comfortable to work with youth. It is second nature for me. I'm looking for a job that allows me to collaborate with the client and their families collectively. Ensure that what ever they're looking for as a caregiver that I have the tools to do so. I started working with kids when I was 15. It was then whek I realized that this was something I truly found joy in doing. My skills include: Communication, Patience, and Problem Solving/ Responding to Safety hazards. As well as, creativity with activities. (Ie. Art, crafts, etc.)
