Hello I'm Dorothy. I have 10+ years experience working with elders in their homes providing private care. I am extremely reliable, friendly and punctual. After starting a family, I decided to work as a assistant teacher for the last few years at a private school in Windermere. It allowed me time with my kids as well as a flexible schedule but my heart is in caring for seniors. During the pandemic I decided to go back to senior care, doing private in home care. Dorothy was a caregiver for my 85 year old Mom who had Parkinson’s and dementia until she passed away recently. She was a godsend. She is an upbeat, delightful person eager to help often going above and beyond. She is truly a wonderful person and a pleasure to have in our home. To this day, she is like family.
