Hi! I'm Dorothy, I just moved to Portland from Seattle with my partner who is a traveling nurse. I have studied/worked in elementary education and taught English/Au Par'd abroad in the Czech Republic. During my time pursuing education, I was a teaching assistant in both Montessori and public school elementary classrooms. As an English teacher/Au Par, I drove my kiddos to/from school/extracurricular activities, babysat, helped with homework, and developed educational games to help with English lessons. I also have experience house sitting, dog sitting (for small dogs), and cat sitting. I love animals and am open to caring for other kinds of pets too! I look forward to finding positions for part-time nannying, helping with errands, helping families with transportation, pet care, and possibly tutoring. Thank you!
