Dorji is AMAZING!!! She raised my son when I went back to work and he was 3 months old. She stayed with us for a few years until I ended up becoming a stay at home mom. WE LOVE HER. I don’t know how old your child(ren) are, but when we were working full time Dorji was out lifeboat! We would often call her on the weekends to ask her how to do things - like if he was not napping or we had trouble with meal times. She was always happy to take our calls anytime. She was also the most punctual person I’ve ever meet. She would come early and wait in the lobby until it was time to come up to ensure she was never late. She was great at making playdates for him and connecting with the nannies or moms of the little ones I’d met before I returned to work so she kept up his playdates with the kids we’d met early. Also, when my milk supply was really low, she walked with my son from our apartment in the west village up to the Empire State Building, where I worked, to pick up the milk I had pumped. She did this in all weather and was happy to do it. I think she did this for a few months when I didn’t have any back up supply. We have kept in touch with her and my daughter, who we had after Dorji worked for us, also knows and loves her.
