I am a teacher by day and an animal caregiver other times. I am an experienced pet sitter/boarder that disconnected from Care. com several years ago due to a full booking schedule but now am able to add new furry members to my extended family! I have excellent references and many recurring clients (13 years +) that still use my services today! Current clients know, I am very over protective of any animals that I care for. I am very attentive, detail oriented, and animals are never alone or out of my sight outside even in a fenced yard! I also foster dogs for a few rescues so caring for animals is pretty much my life besides teaching in higher education. I know basic dog training and also am insured. I have two felines--Dale and Pekoe, and Cody, a German Shepherd who are the loves of my life. So, come on over and join this fun family!

We highly recommend Donna. She looked after our two cats while we were on vacation and took care of them as if they were her own. She is excellent about communicating and doesn’t hesitate to ask for clarification. Throughout our trip she kept us up to date on how our cats were doing and sent wonderful photos. She is also very conscientious and took the time to meet with us to become familiar with our cats and their routine before our trip and then even offered to do an additional visit if we got delayed on our return. Having Donna take care of our cats gave us peace of mind and enabled us to enjoy our vacation without worries. She is absolutely reliable and has integrity. And she is very thoughtful—when we arrived home, we discovered she had left us a lovely note and postcard collage of photos she had taken of our cats while we were gone. That was such a nice and unexpected touch! We will not hesitate to have Donna look after our cats again.
