Hello! My name is Donna In addition to my regular job at The Vineyard House, I've been caring for children, pets and Seniors for Care. com ever since. I am a retired Pediatric RN, who has found life much more satisfying caring for individuals in their own homes, rather than in the impersonal atmosphere of a hospital. In June of 2020 I was volunteering at Island Health Care's Test MV, but was soon offered a job to be the Lead Covid Tester. I ended up working with them for 2 years, until their government grant expired. I have several years of experience caring for all ages of children, pets and Seniors, and thoroughly enjoy being able to provide special attention to each person I care for. Also, I neither smoke nor drink, have been vaccinated & boostered, am CPR certified annually, and drive a very dependable car. Donna nannied for our family the last two summers. She took care of my sons at the age of 3 months, 18 months and 2. She is very attentive with the children, taking hours to read books and sing songs. She often would take my toddler to the library to play with trains. Donna is a nurse at MV hospital and has great healthcare expertise. She is reliable, kind and patient as a caregiver and family friend.
