Donatella is our House Manager/Mother's Helper, and it has been such a boon to have her. She is on top of the communication game, will always reach out ahead of time when she has vacation or school so we can plan and prepare in advance. There is never a surprise. She loves our cats. She helps with the usual household tasks: load/unload dishwasher, tidy up spaces, change bed sheets, errands for groceries or laundromat, etc... in a pinch she has doubled as our emergency nanny. She is great with kids and has experience in child care. She came recommended to us by our downstairs neighbor and we've never looked back.
