I have 10 years of experience in childcare. I'm college educated with a bachelors in communication, and masters in school counseling. Im trustline, CPR, aed & first aid registered. I'm energetic, driven, and have a deep passion for working with children. I'm reliable, and efficient with everyday task. I come from a big family, being the oldest of 8 siblings. A fun fact about myself is that I'm an identical twin, and super athletic. I'm a previous Olympic athlete in the sport of track and field.

Best of the best, watched three of my children. Good with infants and older children. If I didn’t move to a different state, l would have had her longer. Respectful, and knowledgeable with nutrient and activities . She was a athlete herself so we got the benefits of both knowledgeable with our infant and elite activities with my older children.

She was amazing, I'm very reluctant to leave my kids with people besides family, she was very active and kind. She also came with a schedule that worked well with my and aligned with my daughter schedule. I highly recommend Lucy.

Usually very responsive and was excellent with my kids. However she cancelled the day before our booking of which I had to contact her to figure it out. 

Her thoughtfulness and compassion toward our son mean we will be definitely seeking her care again in the near future.

Dona is sooo wonderful. I like to do my research before I choose a good sitter for my babies. I’m a helicopter mom and I was beyond impressed with Dona. She is so kind and patient. I insisted she should one day open a care center because of how knowledgeable and truly caring she is. She was so gentle with my 2 month old and 16 month old. She really knows what she is doing. She is very reliable, she responds quick. You can tell by watching her work that she loves what she does. She is the one you want to watch your child. Through surveillance I love how my kids smile and feel comfortable around her. Thank you Dona for your professionalism, warmth, and positive demeanor. I wish there were more sitters like her. I would definitely hire her again. 

We are so happy we connected with Dona this Spring! As my parental leave was coming to an end, I needed to find someone kind and dependable, with experience working with a 2 month old. Dona was certainly those things, and more!

Dona has been great with our son, and has offered advice around eating, sleeping, and playing, as this is our first kid. She is diligent in monitoring sleep and eating throughout the day and gives us a full report by the end of her time. Luckily, I work from home, so I get mini updates throughout the day as well :)

Dona was gracious to help us out knowing we were looking for long term child care within our budget. She  was open and flexible when discussing pay, and helped us stretch our budget just a bit further, so it would cover enough of my work hours. She also worked with me around my work schedule and adjusted her hours a bit to help me set aside time before the work day. At times, due to traffic, Dona might arrive 5-30 minutes later than the agreed upon time. However, she was always communicative (sending texts and screenshots of commute time), and respectful when she offered to extend her stay to make up for lost time.

I love seeing how happy my son is with her; her wisdom around childcare is invaluable and I'm at ease knowing he's in good care. Although we will be transitioning to a day care setting later this summer, we will most definitely have Dona look after him on date nights or whenever we need an extra helping hand. Thanks, Dona!

Donatella was a wonderful sitter for our 5 month old! She watched her for a half day while I worked from home and she was very communicative and I could hear my daughter laughing with her. I would definitely hire her again!

Dona helped us in a time of great need for a couple months and I would highly recommend her services. She’s fun, very interactive and knowledgeable. She genuinely loves working with children and my 19 month old son loves her. I don’t trust many people with my child but I have every confidence in Dona. Dona has watched my 15 month old daughter several times over the last few months on occasional date nights, and she's great! Very punctual, extremely professional, a great communicator, follows my daughter's nighttime feeding and bedtime routine, and gives us regular updates throughout the evening. My daughter sometimes has separation anxiety when we leave her in the care of others, but she always warms up to Dona quickly, probably because Dona is so patient and warm. I trust Dona and am so glad I found her on Care.com!

It was my first time leaving my 18-month-old with anyone that is not family and I was very nervous but Donatella was amazing. From the first communication to the video interview to being here on time and ready. She was very amazing with both my 18-month-old and my 6-year-old. She was very professional, punctual, and friendly.

Dona was AWESOME!!  She watched 8 kids ranging from 6-11 years old for us for two nights. She had them busy playing games that she brought/created, swimming, and also was able to keep them in line (6 of them were boys!). The kids all loved her and I would definitely hire her again.

She was super reliable and gentle with my kids. She responds very fast and kept me updated throughout. My twins absolutely adore her, she followed my schedule, and made the girls amazing snacks/lunch. She took them outside and planned out a complete exercise activity. She was very punctual, my kids love her. She gave multiple updates throughout the day to make me feel a lot more comfortable. She followed the schedule I gave her and taught my kids some sports. She is the best, honestly.
