About Dominique

I have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I was a lead infant teacher for over 10 yrs. I have been a high school teacher for the last 9 years. I am currently transitioning back to teaching younger ages. I love dogs. I am married with a 15yr old child. I teach, so my schedule is limited until the summer. I'd describe my personality as joyful, thoughtful and nurturing. I like working with kids because they became my passion at a young age when I was helping my aunt in her home daycare. I'm looking for a job that serves parents looking for occasional breaks, tutoring, pick up/drop off, and after school help from a sitter. I started working with kids when at 12 in my aunts home daycare. Then did 80 hrs of community service in high school at multiple daycares. I worked in daycares while in college and after. In my spare time, I like to color, paint, sleep, enjoy the sun with my dog, hang with my family, sing, and watch movies.
