Hello! My name is Dixie! I have always had an inquisitive mind and I have always loved helping others learn. In the years preceding the pandemic I was working as an outdoor educator, teaching various practical skills to all age groups, as well as working as a babysitter and helping the children with their homework. I have been fortunate enough to travel to 4 foreign countries and my degree has allowed me to study history, science, language, and the arts, so I have become a very well rounded person. I believe one of my biggest strength is that if I don't know the answer to something, I will work hard to make sure I find out that answer.

Dixie has been a wonderful sitter for our family. Such an energetic and fun babysitter. My 5 yo son always seems to have lots of fun with her. She has been excellent help with his online classes and came up with lots of fun activities. She also volunteered to take the kid to museums, parks, and even to the zoo. Dixie is dependable, thoughtful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!
