Dirk was wonderful! We have an Autistic 5 year old, and finding care for her can be really difficult due to her special needs, and the fact that she doesn't bond with people easily. He has a warm, wonderful way of putting children at ease, and he instinctively seems to know what they need. Our daughter was drawn to him immediately, and he is still one of the few people that she allows to interact with her. I would highly recommend Dirk to care for anyone. His quiet way of noticing & assessing needs, and then responding is truly a gift!
