I have over eight years of experience in elder care, I am passionate about enhancing quality of life of seniors. My dedication in the field is driven to by a deep-seated commitment to providing compassionate personalized care to meet unique needs for each individual. Additionally, serve as a yoga instructor at The Intergenerational School. I integrate my expertise in physical wellness with my care giver role. Which allows me to connect with senior and assist them with maintaining their independence. My experience helps seniors improve their mobility, reduce stress and achieve a better overall all sense of well-being. I am dedicated to continue my journey and elder care, and constantly seeking way, improve and approach my way of meaningful differences in lives of the singers that I serve I look forward to meeting you and your family.
