About Dion

My name is Dion, and I recently graduated from TUNT with a degree in psychology. My goal is to become a child or marriage counselor, and I have experience working with children in a variety of settings. I began by babysitting for families in my community, which helped me build early caregiving skills such as assisting with homework, preparing meals, and supervising play. In high school, I completed an internship at an elementary school where I supported daily lessons, and later worked in an after-school program helping children with homework, meals, and activities. I am currently a preschool teacher, where I support early childhood development through structured learning, play-based activities, and daily care routines. This role has strengthened my ability to create a patient, supportive, and engaging environment for young children. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in working with children in both educational and caregiving settings.
