Hired to watch my children, did an interview with myself and then she accepted the job under terms we both agreed upon. I invited her to my home to meet my children and see if it was a good fit. Before leaving my home after confirming she wanted the job still, she told both my children she would return to watch them and get my oldest from school. Only to text me at the time she was to arrive to not take the job. I'm not upset it wasn't going to work more of how she would let me be in a bad position instead of being honest about the job not being a good fit.
