I was born and raised here in the lovely town of Charlottesville Virginia. My first experience in childcare was as camp counselor for kids ages kindergarten through rising 4th grade at summer camp run by Abundant Life Ministries. I helped to prepare meals for the campers and was responsible for leading group meetings and group activities with them including taking them to the pool. I loved being a camp counselor so much she began babysitting for numerous families. I began working as a Teacher aid in April of 2015 and then a lead teacher in October, 2015. I love working with children because I am a kid at heart. She enjoys reading, baking, and cooking.

Dieira is exceptional, trustworthy and reliable! She has been with our son since he was 3 months old (now almost 2), and it has been a truly delightful experience. Our son loves her (and she loves him!). We 100% recommend her to anyone, and we feel lucky to have met her!
