Currently I am a Head Start teacher looking to potentially transitioning back into full time nannying. I have my associates in Early Childhood Education and am currently studying for my bachelor's in Child and Family services from Southern New Hampshire University Online. I follow a loving and child led, attachment care giving, play based approach. I am comfortable with light chores and pet care. I do not smoke and have reliable transportation. Dianne was our nanny for a year for our 1.5 year old. We hit the gold mine with her and only left her care because we moved. She is responsible and dedicated and all those good thugs, but more, she always put the safety and nurturing of our son first. She gave the best 1:1 care, focusing on his joy and development, and he loved her so! It's been years now since we've had her in our lives and we miss her all the time!!

Dianne took care of our son from five months to 1.5 years old.  I can’t express how much she meant to our family.  We were first time parents - and Dianne gave us a sense of peace that was invaluable.  She was reliable, loving and most importantly, someone we trusted to raise our first baby!  We made a move to a new state during the time Dianne was with us and she was flexible and provided us the support we needed during a very uncertain time.  5 stars isn’t enough!

She successfully balanced dinner time and bed time of an infant and 1 year old. They did not make a fuss when I left as she had them happy and entertained. My older two wanted to stay and play with her instead of going with me. She is knowledgeable and kind.

Very punctual! Responds quickly to messages and is available for video chat or meet ups. Would definitely recommend!

I booked a trip to Tahoe back in February to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday. I hired Dianne to come to our rental house and watch two 18-month olds while we went out to dinner with a group of 15+ people who'd all traveled from Oregon to be together for this milestone. Dianne only gave me a couple hours of notice that she wasn't feeling well and wouldn't be able to watch the girls. 

While I'm glad she didn't expose anyone if she was ill, it would have been nice to have more time to figure out a backup plan.

She did provide the number to a sitting service... but I had intentionally secured a sitter well in advance so I'd have time to chat & feel comfortable with the person. The last-minute service was not something I was comfortable with so I didn't even call to see if there was availability.  Luckily the restaurant allowed kids and we were able to bring them out with us.

Might have been out of her control, but it was still very disappointing.

We hired Dianne for a date night while visiting South Lake Tahoe! This was my first time using Care.Com and I was naturally very nervous. Dianne was able to ease my worries and took great care of my kids. She kept in contact with me all night letting me know how they were doing. She was on time, professional, punctual, kind, and had great communication with me from the start. 
We visit South Lake Tahoe often and will defiantly hire her again!

Diane was great! We were in town for a concert and staying at a local hotel and needed a sitter for the night. She was very responsive from the very beginning. She immediately engaged with the boys and jumped right in, while we were getting ready. Needless to stay we were very impressed. We hope to hire her again when we come to town, as we come to town quite often.

Dianne babysat for me while I was visiting Tahoe. My son adored her! He had a wonderful time, she was on time, helpful, kind, and worked with an insanely early start time for one of the days. Would absolutely hire her again!

Dianne watched our children while we went out for a night on the town in Tahoe. She was wonderful with them. She took the biking (which we had given prior permission for), cooked dinner, played games and was loved by all of them. There were a total of five children from age 5 to 10+ and Dianne handled the job like a pro. We would definitely hire Dianne again!

Diane was great, she was punctual to babysit our son, he slept the whole time we were out but she kept us up to date via text and was very pleasant! I would hire her again.

Dianne was great with our daughter and neighbors baby. She was always on time. She kept both kids happy and entertained really easy. If only she lived closer to us and we would hire her more regularly. Thanks Dianne for coming to watch our kids when we needed someone for a few days. Will definitely reach out if we need you again.

I scheduled an appointment with Diane to interview for a nanny position. I set up a babysitter to watch my 2 month old while Diane and I met. She was a no show the day of the interview. I received a message that she had "an emergency with her dog" and never heard from her again...

Dianne watched our six month old. She was great. She was very flexible. She seemed very experienced with babies. Our son really liked her. We would definitely rehire.
