I have a bachelor's and a masters in mathematics, and spent those six years making my way through college by tutoring and teaching the subject. I've taught first and second year college courses through Oregon State University for two years, tutored high school and middle school students for the Gresham School District via the AVID program, and tutored privately online and in-person since 2015. I live for those moments when my students feel empowered because they have fully grasped and then mastered a mathematical concept or method. I have experience teaching every kind of math up through second year college courses. (I took a 1 year month break from tutoring from 2021 until July 2022 and was unresponsive during that time, but am back and available for tutoring again).
