As a nurturing caregiver, my passion for childcare stems from my fulfilling experiences as a babysitter and my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. My patient and friendly nature, coupled with my flexibility, allows me to connect easily with children. I establish open lines of communication with parents, providing regular updates and using their preferred communication methods to ensure a collaborative partnership. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting choices while ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care. My approach to playtime includes educational games that promote learning, as well as fun board games and puzzles that foster social interaction. With two years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time. My education background includes some college, and I'm fluent in both English and Tagalog.
