Mother of one son, who is getting married next year and whose friends gave me the nickname of "queen of fun" when they were all in grade school. The rules were listed on the front door and they understood if they follow the rules, lots of fun would follow! My friends sent their troubled teens as it can be easier to talk to an adult who's not your parents. Those teens are now parents and nicknamed me "the baby whisper". My son says what I actually love about people are their children and pets. To me children are interesting and inspirational and I love learning from them and sharing my knowledge and friendship in return.

I always feel like Diane can manage things on a whim. The kids didn't nap that day and are fussing, no big deal she can handle it. They are giving her a hard time at dinner, she figures it out. The children don't easily throw her off and it's nice to have someone who is confident in taking care of your kids. My kids also love having her come, and that's telling as well!
