Diane is a very loyal care giver. She has experience with infants as shown by her while caring for my grandson. She interacts with infants/children in a very appropriate manner . She is very flexible with changes in schedules both from the family and her own family. . We have asked Diane to be an occasional nanny as the only reason she is not permanent is a decision made by my daughter to leave her job to become a stay at home mom.
