Diane was extremely reliable, helpful, and hard working! She was so caring and fun towards my daughter when she watched her from 10 to 18 months old! I was able to tell Diane all of our needs for my daughter and she followed all of them without hesitation. She was comfortable to be around while I was at home doing homework. I would trust her to be at home with my daughter if I were not there. My daughter would always have a smile on her face when Diane was around! She would also let me know weeks in advance if she could not be there on a certain day.
