Our family has been lucky to have Diane in our lives for the past 3 years. She originally started with us as a sitter for our then 1 month old and 4yr old. Soon after, she accepted our offer to nanny full time for our infant son. Since then, my husband and I have really enjoyed more flexibility in our lives and date nights! Diane is punctual, kind, thoughtful, and anticipates our needs. She is easy to talk to and pleasant to be around. I love watching my son light up when she arrives in the mornings. She has always been up front about any concerns and expectations and has great communication skills. Our son is going to school in the fall and we are all broken up about her not being a regular part of our daily lives. TLDR; Hire her! She treated our children as she would her own.
