She did a wonderful job, but after agreeing to recurring service suddenly said we weren’t a good fit and refused to come back. She didn’t answer any of my questions about what the issues were, and basically ghosted us, leaving us in the same position we were in before she agreed to come. Four stars for actual work, but the sudden abandonment after agreeing to return has seriously dropped the score.
