Diana helped us with house cleaning for about a month and a half. She did a great job with the cleaning when she was here and we were happy with it. However, one day she just didn't show up, inform us or responded to any text messages. So we don't know what happened, if it was something we did or she found a better job. A prior notice would have been appreciated. At the least she could have responded and let us know she wouldn't be showing up. Initially we thought that something may have happened but it appears that she is fine since she's active on Care.com. It is unfortunate. We liked her and we would have definitely understood if she found other opportunities. I think notifying us would have been the right thing to do.
