About Diana

I am a positive and energetic caregiver, who has 12+ years of experience in the skilled nursing setting, as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I have experience in assisting my clients with bathing and hygiene tasks, dementia care, and assisting them in achieving their goals to maintain/achieve the quality of life they desire, with decreased risk for falls. I am open to assisting with errands and or grocery shopping if needed, as well.
