To Who it May Concern Hello , I'm Diamond. Grew up in Westchester County and recently relocating to New York City for greater career opportunities, I have always been passionate about working with children. At 21 years old, I bring over five years of childcare experience working with children ages 1-11 in both private and group settings, including after-school programs and summer camps. I also play an active role in helping care for my younger sister and have provided ongoing support for my autistic stepbrother over the past three years, strengthening my patience, adaptability, and ability to provide individualized care. I have completed Early Child Development coursework, am CPR and First Aid certified, and hold a valid driver's license. I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment while supporting each child's growth, learning, and daily routine with professionalism.
